Essence of the Caribbean Cuisine specialise in Caribbean dishes. Our business was created by Pauline Molyneau in 2002 who is a qualified chef & an experienced restaurateur & business woman. Prior to forming this company, she sold her hairdressing business in 2002 so that she can concentrate on her catering business & wholesalers. The growth in the market for ethnic food has increased over the years & the mainstream market for Caribbean food is now developing a large share of the overall catering business market. Pauline has loved cooking from a very young age. Pauline began cooking for her family & friend’s parties, weddings, long before she become a qualified chef & opened her catering business. Cooking is her passion. Cooking delicious cuisine & exotic dishes. Pauline decided to create a network of skilled experience chefs because of her specialties in Caribbean food.
